1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST / PDT will usually be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship only within the United States using reliable carriers.

3. Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders totaling $49 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
- Free shipping applies only to standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
4. Shipping Address
- We ship only to physical addresses within the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order anytime by visiting our website and going to Track Order (using your order number and email).
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number first.

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Damaged or Defective Items During Shipping
- Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are actively working on adding this option in the near future. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
9. Changes or Cancellations
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
