Return & Refund Policy

At OSCAR TECHNOLOGY LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • The 30-day period starts from the date the package is delivered (as tracked by the carrier).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused, in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective materials)
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product
  • Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Opened or used kitchen knives
  • Cutting boards that have been used
  • Food-contact items (e.g., reusable straws, silicone baking mats) that have been used
  • Personalized or custom-engraved products
  • Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as such)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start the return process. Email: info@oscartechnologyllc.com Subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  2. Please include the following in your email:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
    • Photos of the item and packaging (especially if claiming damage or defect)
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a sturdy box) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (upon receipt of proof).
  • Change of mind / other reasons: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note: It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Partial refunds: We may issue a partial refund in the following cases:
    • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
    • Items that show signs of use beyond inspection
    • Items returned after the 30-day window (case-by-case consideration)

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, the item, and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or full refund, and in most cases we will cover return shipping.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
